Lecture by Helen Reeves

Former representative of an English victims support centre, Ms. Helen Reeves, recently opened a lecture in the Law School of Kyoto Sangyo University. Ms. Reeves has been involved in support activities for many years in England which is a leading country for victim support, and came as part of a nation wide victim support network spring research program.
During the lecture, she emphasized the importance of putting in place policies which aim at answering the individual, realistic and emotional needs of victims, not just legal formalities, for in the home and work, and in regional communities.
Around 40 Law school students and researchers listened with intent to Ms. Reeves‘s lecture.
