2023年11月1日（水）～4日（土）に韓国・大邱で開催された「The 10th Federation of the Asian and Oceanian Physiological Societies Congress (FAOPS2023)」において、生命科学研究科 棚橋研究室の中尾 真琴さん（博士前期課程2年次生）がBest Research Awardを受賞しました。

中尾さんは「Regulation of Smooth Muscle Contraction in Mouse Ileum by Mechanosensitive Cationic Piezo1 Channels Expressed in Interstitial Cells of Cajal」の演題で発表し、その研究内容が高く評価され、Best Research Awardを受賞しました。中尾さんのますますの活躍が期待されます。
