2025年10月3日、ルードヴィヒスハーフェン経済大学（LUBS）より、国際部副学長のエディット・リューガー＝ムック教授と東アジア研究所副所長のクリスティン・リュー氏（M.Litt.）が京都産業大学を訪問し、寺地副学長および国際交流センター長のピヤ・ポンサピタックサンティ教授と面会しました。会談では、両大学の今後の連携、とりわけLUBSが提供可能な学習機会について意見交換が行われ、本学の学生をより多く惹きつけるための方策が話し合われました。
2013年に学生交流を開始して以来、両大学の協定に基づき、これまでに26名の学生が海外留学の機会を得ています。今回の会談では、この強固な協力関係を今後も継続していく意志が双方によって再確認されました。
On October 3, 2025, Professor Dr. Edith Rueger-Muck, Vice President and Head of the International Department, and Christine Liew, M.Litt., Deputy Director of the East Asia Institute at Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society (LUBS), visited Kyoto Sangyo University (KSU). They met with Vice President Terachi and Professor Piya Ponsapitaksanti, Director of the International Exchange Center, to discuss future collaboration between the two institutions.
The meeting focused particularly on exploring study opportunities at LUBS that could attract more KSU students, aligning with LUBS’s international expansion efforts. Since the launch of the student exchange program in 2013, a total of 26 students have studied abroad through the partnership. Both universities reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening this valuable collaboration moving forward.
