"I came to Kyoto because I was dreaming about Japan for a very long time, and I'm so happy I made the choice to come. Kyoto is quiet but so rich in culture. You can enjoy your life here participating in local festivals and rituals at the shrines, cycling (or just walking) next to Kamo River, going to the flea markets, Nishiki market and so on. You will love the traditional streets of the Gion district where you have a chance to see Geisha. Classes at KSU are interesting and, since the university is located above the city in a non-touristy rea, the view from campus is breathtaking. Living at the I-House is quiet and gives you a chance to make a lot of international friends and improve your language skills."
