Visit from Passau University

On September 25, Prof. Dr. Ursula Reutner, Vice President for International Relations at Passau University, Germany, visited KSU. Passau and KSU first formed a student exchange agreement in 1998 and to date 23 students from Passau and 21 students from KSU have taken part in the exchange program.

Prof. Dr. Reutner met with Prof. Jaspersen, Prof. Shima and Assoc. Prof. Claflin from Foreign Studies, Assoc. Prof. Ejiri from Cultural Studies and CIP staff to discuss current and future opportunities for student mobility through both long and short-term programs.

Assoc. Profs. Claflin and Ejiri visited Passau in 2014. During the visit they discussed new programs at Passau with Business Studies faculty and were given a campus tour by student staff in the International Relations Office.

A further strengthening of relations between Passau and KSU is eagerly anticipated.
