8th Annual Sagittarius Challenge Japanese / English Speech Contest

The 8th Annual Sagittarius Challenge Japanese / English Speech Contest was held on June 30. This speech contest is a general examination of the individuality, clarity and appropriateness of vocabulary provided by students not in their mother tongue through a 5min speech and Q&A time. 10 contestants were selected based on submitted speeches and applications from which 1st and 2nd place getters were chosen for each of the Japanese and English contests. Many students were involved in the successful running of the Speech Contest including members of the international circle ‘Friends’ and students from the International House, a KSU dormitory for international students.
