Curriculum overview

ThE English program (Tokubetsu Eigo) is open to all students of all faculties as well as any foreign students who wish to work on their English skills. Courses cover a wide range of needs and interests including all four skills, test preparation, courses to help students prepare and reflect on study abroad, lecture courses taught in English and classes for teacher training. (Note: if you are a student in the Faculty of Foreign make sure you check your set courses before enrolling in open courses.)

  Elementary Intermediate Advanced
(TOEFL~430, TOEIC~395) (B1: TOEFL 430〜480, TOEIC 400~515 with internal writing and speaking tests passed, or IELTS 4.5~5.0) (B2: TOEFL 480〜, TOEIC 520~ with internal writing and speaking tests passed, or IELTS 5.5~)
