- Human capital theory: An analysis of the effects of education and training on productivity and wages.
- OJT theory: On-the-job training (OJT) refers to a process whereby workers learn skills and improve productivity while doing their jobs. Following issues are investigated; (1) How can productivity be increased? (2) What effect will higher productivity have on wages? and (3) Who bears the burden, the worker or the manager?
- University enrolment rate and its determining factors: A regression analysis is applied on actual prefectural or time series data to determine the factors determining the university enrolment rate.
- Theoretical and empirical analyses of Cooperative Education: Cooperative education is analyzed in theoretical and empirical framework.
