FROM COURSE COMPLETION ADVICE TO PRIVATE COUNSELING,VARIED AND RELIABLE SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE

A Consultation Window for International students is provided at the Office of International Exchange Programs on the ground floor of building No. 12. Enquiries are accepted on a wide range of matters and it is the aim of staff to provide International Students with accurate and necessary information to meet student's personal and individual requirements.

Advice can be given on how to make known ones intention in Japanese, study techniques, subjects and course requirements, proceedings for scholarship applications and how to find a part-time job, etc. In addition, the office supports planning of various events mainly organized by students themselves, which provide opportunities of friendly exchange among all nationalities represented on campus.
For detailed consultation about completion of classes and in particular credit attainment, the secretariat and teachers of each faculty also help as International Student advisors.
