The aim of the Business Administration Faculty is to train students to be able to recognize and solve problems on their own initiative using a diverse and flexible educational approach. We define this as 'management ability' and place great emphasis on training this ability as an essential part of our faculty education. The following programs are offered to develop individuals with management ability through acquiring and applying a variety of knowledge in organizational management.
1. 3-Department System

The faculty teaches business administration in a 3-department system: Management, Social Management, and Accounting / Financing. Students acquire basic knowledge of management in the first year, and in the second to fourth years, they choose a department and deepen their knowledge in specialized fields. For that purpose, we offer a curriculum which gives a broad understanding of business administration for first year students.
2. Seminars
Basic Seminars and Foreign Publication Seminars are provided in the first year, and further seminars including Graduation Research are offered to second, third and fourth year students. These seminars are given in small-sized classes, and allow students to produce and discuss research, leading to acquisition of management ability.
3. 'Introduction to business administration' Relay Lectures

Relay lectures are provided in the first year by faculty members to outline the specialized fields, which help students deepen their knowledge of the majors that they later choose from their second year.
4. Lectures on Current Management Practices
Special lectures are given by graduates who now actively work in the business world. Through these lectures, students can learn practical and up-to-date management science.
